Catalytic Deoxygenation

Pd / Pt getter catalysts reduce O₂ to sub-ppb in inert and reducing gas streams — the core of every UHP purifier.

Adsorption Purification

Multi-bed 3A / 4A / 13X molecular sieve and activated alumina design for deep drying and impurity capture.

Organic Sulfur Hydrolysis

Al₂O₃-based hydrolysis of COS and CS₂ to H₂S for downstream ZnO removal — protects reformers and hydrogenation catalysts.

Zinc Oxide Desulfurization

Non-regenerable ZnO absorbents deliver sub-0.1 ppm total sulfur outlet for natural gas, syngas and hydrogen.

Methanation

Ni-based CO / CO₂ conversion to CH₄ — final sulfur- and carbon-oxide cleanup upstream of ammonia synthesis loops.

SCR DeNOx

V₂O₅-WO₃/TiO₂ honeycomb and plate catalysts for High NOx conversion (project-dependent) at low ammonia slip in stationary sources.

Getter Purification

Reactive metal getter alloys irreversibly capture O₂, H₂O, CO, CO₂, H₂ down to 9N purity in noble and reactive gases.

UHP System Design

Custom skid design — flow, pressure, regeneration, redundancy, control philosophy — for critical fab utilities.
