How do I know which catalyst or adsorbent to use?
Share your feed composition, impurity levels, target outlet purity, flow rate, operating pressure and temperature. A Kaiteli engineer will recommend the right technology and product grade.
Do you provide safety data sheets for international shipment?
Yes — English (Global GHS) SDS is standard. Country-specific SDS formats (EU REACH, US OSHA, JIS, GB) are available on request.
What lead times should I plan for?
Standard product lines typically ship in 4–8 weeks. Custom-engineered UHP purifier skids typically take 12–20 weeks after design freeze.
Do you offer regeneration or catalyst change-out services?
Yes. Kaiteli supports full lifecycle — supply, commissioning, regeneration and replacement, either on-site or through partner networks.
Can Kaiteli export to my country?
We export to customers across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas, with full export-compliant documentation.

Catalyst Selection FAQ

How is catalyst life estimated?
Life depends on impurity load, operating temperature, poison exposure and cycling frequency. Kaiteli provides a life estimate for every RFQ using historical field data for the same duty class.
Can catalysts be regenerated on site?
Many precious-metal, methanation and DeNOx catalysts support on-site regeneration. Regeneration procedures are provided with each TDS and can be supervised remotely by Kaiteli engineers.
How do I compare Kaiteli to incumbent global suppliers?
We regularly benchmark against major European, US and Japanese suppliers on activity, selectivity, pressure drop and lifetime. Independent third-party comparisons are available under NDA.

Gas Purification FAQ

What purity levels can Kaiteli purifiers reach?
UHP purifiers are customized according to required outlet purity for N₂, H₂, He, Ar, O₂ and CO₂ (typical performance subject to technical confirmation). POU purifiers deliver sub-ppb O₂ / H₂O / CO / CO₂ / THC for semiconductor fabs.
How is a POU purifier sized for a semiconductor tool?
Sizing uses tool flow, gas type, impurity target and duty cycle. Kaiteli supplies fully welded 316L VIM-VAR internals with electropolished surfaces and helium leak certificates.
Are the purifiers regenerable?
Kaiteli offers both regenerable (temperature/pressure swing) and one-time getter-based purifiers depending on the required purity, uptime and TCO.
